Hafele CPD Seminars

CPD Seminars from Hafele

Häfele joined the RIBA CPD network providers in September 2006, like most suppliers of construction products our main objective was to promote the correct specification of our product range to the decision makers and specifiers within the UK architectural and construction industry. Because Häfele have a vast range of products, sometimes specifiers can find it difficult to select the best product for a project; we felt that CPD would be the best medium to help with this problem.

As we are the largest supplier of sliding door gear systems in the UK we decided to make this the subject of our first approved seminar, which was titled ‘The What, Why and Where of Sliding Door Gear’.

From our first seminar being approved in 2006, our presentations have been extremely popular, and have been presented to practices across the UK and even Ireland. We now have 4 approved seminars covering our whole product range so our CPD presentations are being delivered somewhere 2 or 3 times a week.

Hawa Furniture & Wardrobe Systems

Most of our presentations have been held at architects offices, but we are also involved in 12 -15 RIBA roadshows each year. Unlike some companies we don't set a minimum attendance figure for visiting practices which we believe has been part of the reason for our popularity. We have also made presentations to other construction professionals such as Clerk of Works, Facility Managers, Glazing project managers and many others.
