I have forgotten my password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your password then please complete the Forgotten Password form. Once we are confident that there is no security issue then we will send the log in details by email using the email address that we have on file.
If you do need the details quicker then you could always contact us on 01788 542020 and we can provide you with the details over the phone providing we are confident that there is no security issue.
How do I register and log in?
By logging into our Online Catalogue you will be able to view our pricing, stock availability and be able to place orders.
To be able to log in you must first have a trade account with Hafele UK Ltd.
Please note that we will only deal with UK trade.

Once you have registered your login details will be sent by e-mail if an e-mail address is available. If you require the details any sooner then please contact the Web Administration team on 01788 548154. Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain authorisation for login details on behalf of the account holder.
Once received you should enter the details shown on the letter provided. (How can I change my details?)
How do I open an account?
To open an account simply complete the account opening form indicating whether you would like a credit account or standard proforma account (Please note that for Proforma Accounts goods will not be despatched until they are paid for). The form will be processed as soon as possible and details sent out to you in the post. If you have indicated that you would like a credit account then further forms for trade references and bank details will be sent you immediately.

How can I change my details?
Once you've logged in you will notice a "My Account" box at the top of the screen. Click on the "My Account" link and from here you can change your password. Other data about your account can also be edited here.
How do I use the browse facility?
Using the category listings on the left hand side you can click down through our category hierarchy to find products. Each time you click on a category name, you will then see either a list of sub-categories or a list of products in that category.
How do I use the search facility?
Use the search box in the top left of the site to search by either keyword or item code. If you know the item code of the product you are looking for, using the search facility is the fastest way to locate a product.
Item codes can be entered with or without dots.
What kind of product information is available online?
Over 29,000 products are available online. Each product listing holds a detailed photograph where applicable, a technical illustration where appropriate, a comprehensive description and links to any relevant PDF documents.
The product information shown in the website is updated regularly and should be used in place of our printed publications where possible.
Where can I find CAD information?
When you are logged in there is a link to the CAD System in the 'Tools' menu on the right hand side.
Alternatively each product listing will have a column for CAD information. If there is a CAD then an icon 
will be displayed.
How can I find out more information about a product?
If you need more information regarding a product then please contact 01788 542020 or email info@hafele.co.uk. Alternatively there will be a feedback form on all of the product pages. Please complete this form and your query will be answered as soon as possible.
