Since our founding in Germany in 1923, we have become an internationally-leading manufacturer and distributor, and have seen many changes and advances over the years. Throughout this time, we have remained a family-run business and pride ourselves on both our rich heritage and the people within our business.

Apprenticeships at Häfele provide an invaluable experience for those taking part. Our apprentices are a key part of our business, learning the skills that they need to progress in their career whilst contributing to the success of our business, growing in confidence and earning a wage. For over 20 years, we have worked with Heart of England to deliver high quality career training for all of our apprentices, either those new to Häfele or for those already working here to broaden their skill set.
