The Fifth Annual Studio Partner Awards
The fifth annual Studio Partner Awards took place on Thursday 27th June and was a fantastic evening of celebration, hosted at Scotland’s Gleneagles Hotel. Each year, the Studio Partner Awards celebrates the outstanding achievements of our Studio Partner network, made up of some of the UK’s very best kitchen and bathroom specialists, who share our commitment to quality, service and innovation.
This year’s awards covered six categories, for which the calibre of nominations were exceptionally high, making judging decisions challenging. After a five course meal at the luxury hotel, the highly-anticipated ceremony started, and we are pleased to announce the winners in each category:
Best Use of Digital Media
Winner: Regal Kitchens
This category celebrates businesses who champion their brand online, using social media, their company website, mixed medias and engaging content to attract an online audience. We were pleased to present this award to our Chelmsford-based Studio Partner, Regal Kitchens, for their customer-focused content, presence and overall digital experience.
Best Customer Service
Winner: Kitchen Living
This category celebrates Studio Partners who show above-and-beyond commitment to customer satisfaction. Judges looked for Studio Partners who adopted a creative approach to customer service, showing resourcefulness, flexibility and optimism. We were pleased to present this award to Southampton-based Studio Partner, Kitchen Living, for their commitment to outstanding support, organisation and aftercare to customers.
Best Showroom Experience
Winner: KF Kitchens and Duncans of Grantown
This category celebrates Studio Partners who offer an exceptional experience for their customers and saw mystery shoppers visiting Studio Partners to get a first hand experience of their showroom. For their outstanding product knowledge, product displays, overall environment and adaptability, we were pleased to award this category to both Plymouth-based KF Kitchens and Grantown-on Spey-based Duncans of Grantown.
Kitchen Design of the Year
Winner: Studio 10 Kitchens
This category celebrates the creative talents of our Studio Partners across the country. Our judging panel deliberated use of space, creativity, functionality and response to the brief. For their impactful design and innovative approach, the winner of this category was Derbyshire-based Studio 10 Kitchens.
Best Success Story
Winner: Victoria Robert
This category looks at the achievements of inspiring, dedicated and passionate Studio Partners. We were pleased to award this category to a Studio Partner who had been described as ‘nothing short of remarkable’, Derby-based Victoria Robert, for delivering business excellence throughout an incredible first year trading.
Studio Partner of the Year
Winner: Hugo & Co
The Studio Partner of the Year Award recognises our Studio Partners who continually go the extra mile to make our partnership a success. Our most coveted award, the finalists have displayed loyalty, enthusiasm and ambition. We were thrilled to present Jersey-based Studio Partner, Hugo & Co, with this prestigious award for their immense enthusiasm for Häfele initiatives and customer service.
