2019 Trend: Talking About Textures

Considering the feel of the products that you use in your projects can make a huge difference to your final design. Texture helps to distinguish between various surfaces and objects, transform light and affect the perceived size of a living space. Texture can also be used to influence a room’s weight and tone and to help communicate a particular design style, in the same way that colour can impact its perceived temperature. Handles

Often, handles and knobs are not considered in the planning stages of design, but they can have a significant impact on the overall style, with their shape and finish adding texture to any furnishings.
