This year, attendees including our Studio Partners, fantastic sponsors – Smeg, GROHE and Rangemaster - and esteemed press guests, were invited to the prestigious RHS Chelsea Flower Show. The evening started with a welcome presentation from Häfele Sales Director, Gareth Bevan – a face familiar to Studio Partners who earned themselves a place on this year’s fantastic trips to Dubai and the Cheltenham races.
Gareth discussed the continuing success of the Studio Partner network, the current challenges that UK business have to face, the extraordinary calibre of this year’s Studio Partner Award nominations – all in between entertaining guests with some characteristically questionable jokes.
Guests enjoyed a fabulous three course meal designed by one of Britain’s most respected chefs, Raymond Blanc OBE, and created by his team.
I t was then time for the highly-anticipated awards ceremony, presented by Raymond Blanc and Häfele UK Marketing Director, Chloë Thacker. The creation of the shortlist this year was a huge challenge for the awards panel with the incredible calibre and volume of nominations, and choosing worthy winners for each category was equally as difficult with such an immense amount of talent displayed. Winner: Studio 10 Kitchen Design
One of our most competitive categories, the Best Use of Social Media Award celebrates our Partners using social media platforms to promote their business, engage with customers and build an online community.
The Best Use of Social Media Award 2018 went to Studio 10 Kitchen Design – a superb team of sharers who are regularly responsive and consistent content creators, engaging and interacting with their customers.
Winner: Regal Kitchens
The Best Website Award challenges tech-savvy Studio Partners to develop an online presence as beautiful and deliberate as their showroom. This category celebrates Studio Partners who have followed best practice guidelines to design, develop and maintain an easy to navigate, stylish, trust-building website that incorporates excellent customer service with clear calls to action and relevant content.
The Best Website Award was presented to Regal Kitchens, who scored very highly in responsive design, navigation, speed and testimonials. With an easy to use, user-friendly design and clear call to actions, this company’s website is a glittering example of best practice.
Winner: Parlour Farm
The Best Showroom Award recognises the clever and deliberate use of space in Kitchen Showrooms. Judges were looking for an exemplary customer journey, allowing homeowners to visualise the world of opportunities for their space, as well as beautiful design, functional product displays and the considered showcase of the Häfele brand.
The worthy winner, Parlour Farm, excelled in both stylish design and use of space, as well as creating an exciting and inspiring customer journey.
Winner: In 2 Solid Surfaces
The GROHE Award looks for highly engaged, enthusiastic GROHE dealers, who have shown real excitement for the brand. The shortlisted Studio Partners have shown the highest levels of enthusiasm and commitment to the GROHE / Häfele partnership, in the past 12 months.
Presented by GROHE, this award went to In2 Solid Surfacesfor their outstanding commitment to GROHE, throwing themselves into the partnership wholeheartedly and developing into a loyal brand ambassador.
Winner: BMS Kitchens & Bedrooms
The Best Success story commends the customers who have achieved exceptional success in the past 12 months. Our panel of judges considered growth, commitment to Häfele and took a detailed insight of each of our finalists on an individual basis. Considering the challenges they have faced and how they have overcome these, and come out stronger.
BMS Kitchens & Bedroomsreceived this award, having elevated their family business, becoming a well-known and respected name in their local area. BMS Kitchens & Bedrooms are strong advocates of the Häfele brand and always eager to explore new opportunities.
Winner: Round Oak Interiors
The Special Recognition Award category celebrates businesses who have stood out for their achievements throughout their Studio Partnership. Taking into account above-and-beyond loyalty to Häfele, complete advocacy for the Häfele brand, and complete adoption of the Ideas for Living values and philosophy, this category commends passionate and talented Studio Partners.
This award was presented to Round Oak Interiors for their generosity, patience and dedication. A fantastic partner that have consistently shown commitment to quality, service and the Häfele brand.

Our most coveted category, Studio Partner of the Year commends the most elite Studio Partners in our network, who have shown outstanding commitment and dedication to the Studio Partner Programme, going above and beyond to maximise the partnership.
Gareth Bevan was thrilled to present our Studio Partner of the Year Award to K F Kitchens - a fantastic, dedicated and knowledgeable team who offer honest and constructive feedback, continuously working together with the Häfele team to really get the most of the partnership. A shining example of the Studio Partnership working at it’s best.
