Training and Development

With learning and development integral to the growth of our employees, we also provide ample training opportunities for on-going career progression. In 2022, our employees completed over 3000 hours on training and development programs, including in-house workshops, external courses, webinars and e-learning, all aimed at enhancing our employees’ skills and knowledge.

We also make use of our apprenticeship levy to allow new individuals to gain practical skills and professional qualifications whilst earning a wage, but also to upskill colleagues who are eager to develop new skills and advance their careers at Häfele.
