The Smeg range of vacuum drawers are perfect for sous vide cooking, preserving food items for longer and also re-sealing packaged food.
The Vacuum drawer allows you to be able to prepare fresh foods for storage in the freezer, fridge or pantry area in an air tight plastic bag or container, protecting the food from dust and bacteria. In the sealed environment taste and nutrients are preserved.
