Häfele Lifetime Guarantee

At Häfele, we recognise the importance of quality, function and design when it comes to making furniture.

That’s why we have launched the Häfele Lifetime Guarantee across all of the products that we manufacture or bring to you under the Häfele brand name.

All products that carry a Häfele Lifetime Guarantee have met our quality standards and have been tested according to the relevant industry certification, to the point that we are now happy to guarantee that the product will function as intended with no loss of operating quality, for the guaranteed lifetime period of that product.

We are confident in our range of products, and we want you to be as confident when you use our products for your customer as we are.

What will be covered by the Häfele Lifetime Guarantee?

The Häfele Lifetime Guarantee covers normal use of the products in a domestic environment – for commercial environments our standard 12-month guarantee would apply – please contact our customer service team for more information.

How will I be able to tell what carries your Lifetime Guarantee?

The Häfele Lifetime Guarantee logo will indicate that the products in question will carry a Häfele Lifetime Guarantee.

In future, our catalogues will carry a guarantee logo as pictured.  This logo will indicate the name of the product range covered by the guarantee, and how long the guarantee is.

Individual products will also carry a guarantee logo indicating the number of years the product is guaranteed for, so it is always easy to identify the length of cover per product.

How do I make a claim?

It’s easy to make a claim against our Guarantee.  The holder of the product invoice can simply e-mail hafeleguarantee@hafele.co.uk with details of the invoice, the fault and supporting photography, and our team will handle the query from there.
