    Due to the separately inserted balls in the re-circulating ball carriage, it is supplied with a plastic sleeve.
    In order to avoid the balls falling out during the installation of the re-circulating ball carriage, press the plastic sleeve to the aluminium track, then gently slide the re-circulating ball carriage into the aluminium track. At the end, mount the end stops.

  • Installation

    Please note during installation of the linear runners that the re-circulating ball carriage is already pre-mounted when installing the running track. This must be taken into consideration during the design of the furniture item.

Installation: The balls are loosely inserted into the re-circulating ball carriage therefore it is supplied packed in a plastic envelope. In order to avoid losing balls during the installation of the re-circulating ball carriage, the plastic envelope must be pressed against the aluminium track and the re-circulating ball carriage must be slid carefully into the aluminium track. Finally install end stops.

For sliding objects horizontally such as cabinets, claddings, display walls etc.

Supplied in a plastic sleeve as balls are loose in the ball carriage. To prevent the balls from falling out when installing the ball carriage, press the plastic sleeve against the aluminium track, then carefully slide the ball carriage into the aluminium track. Then fit the end stops.
